Jan 27, 2014 · Quick Fix for Slow AT&T Uverse Internet Speeds I often suffer and complain (rarely in silence) about the slow internet speeds and poor internet access provided by AT&T’s Uverse service. The best fix would be to not use AT&T for any service, but that is sadly not an option at the current time.
UVerse can also be using the old copper phone lines which could slow it down as well. It could also be the connections just outside her house. The fastest service I can get here currently with AT&T Uverse is 18Mbps down and 1.5Mbps up. That’s it. I feel like I’ve gone back in time 20 years. Apparently AT&T knows how bad their upload speeds are because they don’t list them anywhere. They only list the down speeds in their advertisements.

Hey @Uverse Absolutely the worst cable experience in the history of history. It continues to pause repeatedly, Your poor techs are poorly trained. My cable went out 2x in 24 hours. I demand a full refund period.
